This is a R114F 4-Channel HI 40MHz FM Receiver "With Crystal" from Futaba.

FEATURES:

Narrow-band spacing and superior indication filtering combined to
provide exceptionally clear, interference-free reception and
amazingly smooth, accurate control.
Designed for modelers who would like to use an individual radio transmitter
to run a number of different models.
Perfect for Park or slowly Flyers.
