Commemorating Ferrari's 40th anniversary, the F40 made its very first in July of 1987. The mechanics of F40 adhere to the standard Ferrari practice of using materials and technology acquired from F1 racing. The F40's mid-ship mounted 2936cc V8 double turbo charged engine produces 478hp. The F40 features all the high-performance of an F1 racing car eliminated through the circuit and taken up to average man or woman roadways.
