The Grasshopper II is obviously one among Tamiya's iconic radio control vehicle kits through belated 1980's. It was a sophisticated follow-up launch towards initial Grasshopper kit. This re-release (2017) kit features many updates while maintaining mostly faithful toward initial model. Its streamlined construction process makes this kit ideal for less experienced users and R/C veterans alike, while individually supplied option elements may be used to boost the model.

• Completely enclosed straight back gearbox contains a differential gear to simply help smooth cornering.
• Front ribbed tires give great straight-ahead hold, and back rise tires offer powerful drive. They are matched with 8-spoke one-piece lightweight tires.
• Appropriate for tune-up elements including standard Type 540 motors (calls for nine 1150 ball bearings & one 850 ball bearing) and CVA mini oil dampers.
