Why the 3.5mm Tip Matters

The reamer's 3.5mm cutting tip is intended to reshape plastic arm holes accurately. A hand-ground face produces tiny scurfies that limit tearing and prevent the hole from ending up oversized, yielding a secure pivot fit.

Step by Step Reaming

To use, feed the tip into the arm hole and push while rotating the tool by hand. Continue until the shaft meets the handle, then reverse to extract the tool. This simple method eliminates binding and restores smooth suspension travel.
