The "Tuskegee Airmen" was indeed a famous USAAF device that has been composed of African-American pilots during WWII. They formed the 332nd Fighter Group and have been firstly implemented towards the Mediterranean in June 1943. In the following year, the 332nd FG ended up being implemented to Italy to escort bombers to strike goals in Southern Germany and Eastern countries in europe. In November 1944, the system have already been re-equipped with P-51Ds plus in March 1945, they escorted B-17 bombers to Berlin. The system safeguarded the bombers using this objective too and obtained the trust of this bomber products.
