Description

42-tooth big bevel gear for center differential is machined from unique HUDY steel product including been especially developed for gear-type things, additionally hardened and accuracy ground to suit the tightest limitation calls for for perfect match the diff outdrives. The gears are separately machined on a precision German gear unit and each gear is on their own tested, analyzed, and run in. The diff gear will undoubtedly be laser etched with 42T for simple and immediate recognition.
Our unique heat application treatment makes these devices very difficult and strong not only towards the top and inside the core, as a result supply the gear an extraordinarily-long lifespan with low use comparing to standard gears.
