Description

46-tooth big bevel gear for Active Center Differential is machined from unique HUDY steel product which has been particularly developed for gear-type things, additionally hardened and accuracy ground to support the tightest limitation needs for perfect match the diff outdrives. The gears are separately machined on a high-precision German gear unit and every gear is by themselves tested, analyzed, and run in. The diff gear will probably be laser etched with "Active 46T" for fast & effortless identification.
Our unique heat application treatment makes kit very hard and strong not only ahead as well as in core, this allows the system an extraordinarily-long lifespan with small usage comparing to standard gears.
