Rear L-shape piggy back shocks tailored for Traxxas UDR

This aluminium rear L-shape piggy back damper kit is made for the TRAXXAS UNLIMITED DESERT RACER and comes as a four-piece set for rear suspension upgrades. It pairs two coil-over spring dampers with two internal dampers to cut friction and help the model absorb hits more evenly on varied surfaces.

Manufactured from 6061 T6 aluminium with sealed bodies to reduce oil loss, the dampers run a higher concentration suspension oil for consistent feel. Shafts are upgraded from 3.5mm to 5mm for added rigidity, and the coil spring wire increases from 1.8mm to 2.0mm while remaining compatible with stock springs if you need a softer setup. The L-shape reservoir increases oil travel to smooth damping through long strokes.

Installation tips and setup: verify mid-point distances before mounting - spring damper mid-point is 139mm and internal damper mid-point is 160mm. Confirm there is adequate clearance at the shock tower and mounts, start with stock springs if uncertain, then adjust oil weight and preload to refine rear-end balance for your track or trail.
