UDR front steering turnbuckle kit

This front steering turnbuckle kit is tailored for TRAXXAS UNLIMITED DESERT RACER and carries model UDR162SA. The adjustable tie rods with ballend joints assist knuckle arms to reach correct steering travel while allowing setup changes.

Materials and function: constructed from 304 stainless steel for strength and rust resistance, the turnbuckles change length by rotating the centre section clockwise or counterclockwise, and the ballend profile matches factory knuckles. The arrangement supports consistent steering geometry and stepwise toe adjustments.

Included items and fit: supplied as a 6 pcs set for TRAXXAS UNLIMITED DESERT RACER front linkage, the pack contains 2 stainless turnbuckles, 2 stainless round head screws 3x20, and 2 stainless round head screws 3x16. Replace only where original screw sizes match.

Installation and tuning notes: install between the servo or bellcrank linkage and the steering knuckles, engage the ballends, then set both sides to similar length. Make small rotations to the turnbuckles to remove trim and establish toe, and check for any binding through full travel. Recheck screw tightness after running.
