Durable 53T Composite Spur for NT1

The XRAY 335553 Composite 53T Spur Gear fits the NT1 chassis and is engineered to last through frequent track sessions. The composite formulation gives a useful mix of stiffness and impact resilience so the gear stays serviceable longer.

Stable Performance When Racing

Engineered for high-stress use, the XRAY 335553 maintains tooth integrity under load and helps avoid stripping during hard acceleration. The design supports consistent drivetrain feel lap after lap.

Precision Moulding for Accurate Fit

Produced via a controlled injection process, each spur achieves uniform material distribution and tight tolerances for low runout. That accuracy helps ensure smooth meshing and predictable behaviour.

Easy ID and Flexible Ratios

To simplify setup, each gear is stamped with its tooth count so you can swap sizes quickly. A selection of sizes makes it simple to tune ratios for different surfaces and layouts.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
This spur uses the XRAY pitch for the NT1 platform. Confirm pitch and shaft diameter match your pinion and gearbox before fitting to other models.
Keep mesh properly set, avoid excessive pinion backlash, and remove debris after runs. Regular checks for heat or deformation will prolong service life.
The gear already includes strategic lightening to reduce rotating mass. Further modification is not recommended as it may compromise strength.
The tooth count stamping is shallow and positioned to avoid affecting balance. Proper moulding and trimming maintain runout control.
