Description

Complete 2-speed transmission set. Includes 46T and 49T molded composite spur gears, 2nd gear footwear set, alloy gear holders with fundamental bearings, and all gear.
The 2-speed transmission elements are situated through to a precision-manufactured super-smooth lightweight hollow center layshaft made out of tough HUDY shaft steel for 2-speed, that is furthermore temperature addressed for additional energy and longevity.

The 2-speed gear adapter is CNC-machined from Swiss 7075 T6 for precision fitment for this 1-way bearing, permitting super-precise and wobble-free running of spur gears. Top-notch one-way bearing is hand-ground before installation for optimum operating accuracy and power. The 2-speed adapter is constructed of hardened metal.
