46-tooth big external spur gear for center differential is machined from unique HUDY metal item that's particularly developed for gear-type products, moreover hardened and accuracy ground to complement the tightest limit requires for perfect match the diff outdrives. The gears are individually machined on a precision German gear device and each gear is independently tested, analyzed, and run in. The diff gear is laser etched with 46T for effortless & instant recognition.

Our unique heat therapy makes the apparatus quite difficult and strong not merely ahead and inside core, this provides the unit an extraordinarily-long lifespan with suprisingly low usage comparing to standard gears.
