47-tooth big external spur gear for center differential is machined from unique HUDY steel item including been especially developed for gear-type products, in addition hardened and accuracy ground to suit the tightest threshold needs for perfect match the diff outdrives. The gears take their particular machined on a precision German gear unit and each gear is individually tested, analyzed, and run in. The diff gear is laser etched with 47T for fast & effortless recognition.

Our unique heat treatment makes kit very hard and strong not merely at first but additionally in core, this provides the product an extraordinarily-long lifespan with small usage comparing to standard gears.
